Classes
feature a healthy mix of traditional training and modern self defence
techniques, and includes a challenging fitness aspect.
Stance
training and combination drilling are important to give students a
solid foundation to build upon. The strength of a martial artist is
in the solidity of the stance. Strong rooting will add to the power
of any technique. Forms practice is also an important part of our
training.
Self
defence is an important part of the modern world, and students will
learn traditional self defence concepts, as well as modern techniques
such as defence against knife attacks, muggers etc. Your confidence
will increase and in many cases the will to defend yourself is enough
to diffuse any potential harmfull situations.
Objective
sparring is part of our training, you will increase strength and stamina,
and learn correct timing and distancing from your opponent.
